Over the last decade our all-encompassing experience in building and construction has led to  small scale commercial developments for both developers and our own projects. From retail complexes to office villages, we have the experience and knowledge across all elements of the process to bring our client’s vision to life.

  • Nick Madden and his highly skilled team at Groove Properties have constructed 3 different townhouses developments for us. He ensured all of these projects were finished to an exceptional standard. We have felt at ease with Nick’s easy going approach and have been impressed by how smoothly and efficiently the jobs have been run, always ensuring timeframes and budgets are kept in check. He gives good advice on cost saving options that still achieve the desired end product. We would highly recommend Nick and his team, and look further to future developments with Groove Properties.

  • When we decided to build our dream home we interviewed 4 different building companies. Groove Properties and Nick Madden won us over with his honest approach and quality of work. Our 3 story home was completed on budget, on time and on par with the standard we had hoped for. Most people find the building process daunting and problematic, this was not the case for us with Groove Properties. Sure it was challenging at times, but all in all it was fun, successful and we would do it again with Nick at the helm, in fact, we hope to.
