What areas does Groove Properties build in?

Groove Properties is based in Brisbane, and work on a variety of projects around South East Queensland, from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast.

Why should I collaborate with Groove Properties?

Groove Properties have an excellent and long-standing history of building great residential and commercial properties. We also can add value to your project with our Project Management experience and assist you throughout the whole construction process, adding value management ensuring a stress-free working collaboration.

Does Groove Properties build energy-efficient homes?

Groove Properties builds properties to meet the energy efficiency requirements of the National Construction Code and meet or exceeds the required NATHERS ratings. We are continuously monitoring and planning to meet or exceed the proposed changes to be included under the National Construction Code 2022.

What insurances do you hold?

Groove Properties holds all required licencing and insurances to operate in the construction industry. We hold a Category 3 open builders’ licence with QBCC, and have an array of commercial policies which cover machinery, office, site works, personal, officeholders and contract works.

How long will it take to complete my project?

Commercial and townhouse construction works can vary greatly in complexity, size, and timeframe. Every project is different and has different timing expectations.

Groove Properties will work closely with you to quote and timeline your project to achieve your goals and expectations.

Do you offer fixed price quotes?

The majority of commercial construction and residential townhouse contracts are fixed price; however, Groove Properties can work with you and any financier during contract negotiations to tailor the best outcome for your purposes.

Are your team and builders all in-house or subcontracted?

Groove Properties has a highly skilled team of employees who manage all administrative and on-site works, and are involved in every aspect of your work, from contract negotiation and planning through to onsite construction work and plan sealing. Groove Properties also works with quality external consultants and subcontractors when appropriate to ensure the best team of individuals can help achieve your construction goals.
